I offer a wide range of services including review of current practices, state-specific policy and procedure development, as-needed consulting, on-sight assistance, and continuing education. I can help you with controlled substances, compounding, drug inventory management, client education, and medication safety for employees and patients.
What Does Working With Foresight Pharma Solutions Look Like
1. Initial Consultation Meeting
How I can help you is as unique as your practice. Therefore, the first step is a free, 30-minute consultation meeting. During this meeting Dr. Forsythe will discuss your specific needs and potential ideas for how Foresight Pharma can help.
2. Formal Proposal
Following the initial consultation meeting, Dr. Forsythe will provide a formal proposal of recommended services and pricing.
3. Master Services Agreement and Statement of Work
If you are interested in moving forward with any or all of the proposed services, a Master Services Agreement and Statement of Work is completed to ensure agreement on all terms.
4. We Get to Work
Once all agreements are signed, we jump into the project as agreed upon. Since deliverables are customized to the needs of each specific practice, this involves periodic meetings and reviews to ensure everything aligns with your expectations.
5. Ongoing Support
Once all deliverables have been provided, we can continue working together with an as-needed consulting agreement to facilitate those unexpected questions, problems, and changes.
